COVID-19

Out of an abundance of caution surrounding COVID-19, Bon Secours Richmond Health Care Foundation continues to keep a close eye on all event recommendations. Based on current state and local health guidelines and CDC recommendations, masking is not required for the 2022 Rockin’ on the Avenue event.  Wearing a mask is based on your personal preference, however encouraged when not eating or drinking. 

The CDC recommends you consider using a COVID-19 self-test prior to attending indoor events with others who do not live in your household. If you test positive and are asymptomatic, we highly recommend you remain at home. If you are experiencing COVID-10 symptoms, please follow CDC quarantine recommendations and remain at home. 
 
Bon Secours Richmond Health Care Foundation has made changes to the Rockin’ on the Avenue event to reassure our guests and improve comfort. We have reworked the event layout to allow for more distancing between guests indoors, as well as limited ticket sales. The Guest House has ample outdoor space to enjoy throughout the evening. 

Auction
We will be using mobile bidding at the event, so please bring a fully charged smartphone. By purchasing your ticket, a bidding profile was automatically created for you. If you do not own a smart phone, bidding assistants will be available to bid for you. You will receive an email one week prior to the event, alerting you that the auction is open for bidding.

Parking
Street parking in front of the Guest House, and in surrounding neighborhoods, is available. St. Mary's Hospital parking is also available, but may be limited. All city and hospital parking guidelines apply.

Media
By entering any Rockin' on the Avenue event area, you consent to interview(s), photography, and/or video recording to be used for promotional materials, live feeds, websites, social media, newsletters, or any other purpose by Bon Secours Richmond Health Care Foundation and its affiliates.
